Every aspect of experience I have had with Elite so far has been very professional and pleasant. From the initial estimate to quick email and text responses, I set up high expectations. For the first cleaning, they were running late, but once they got here, I was most impressed with the quality of work, the thoroughness of the effort covering every part of the whole house, and friendliness of the staff. My last cleaning service provider demanded more money for what should be part of regular cleaning; the experience with Elite has been the opposite of that, where I'm very satisfied with the value I received. I called Elite Cleaning Services on a Saturday morning for last minute service when the company I had originally scheduled didn't show up. Elite Cleaning Services was very responsive, promptly returning my call, and amazingly were able to dispatch a cleaning team in just 20 minutes. They did a very thorough job, really got every nook and cranny, and were professional. Also ended up being cheaper than the company I originally hired.

Professional, Thorough & Detail Oriented
